Mr. Alistair Delano Liburd, Sr. was born on November 11, 1964 in St. Kitts, British Virgin Island to Bernard Liburd and Rosaline Johnson.  After completing high school he was employed as a Courier for the Virgin Island Department of Health.  Final arrangements have been entrusted to Turnbull Funeral Home, St. Thomas, United States Virgin Island with burial at the Smith Bay Eastern Cemetery in St. Thomas.
