Annie was born on September 30, 1934 to the late Eddie and Ruby Hawkins. She attended the public schools in Ailey County, Georgia.  Annie was married to the late Jacob McElvin on December 23, 1965. She was a member of Mt. Zion MB Institutional Church, Orlando, FL.  She departed this life on November 4, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Muller.

She will be greatly missed by her children:  Christine Williams, Gladys Hightower, Jerome Hightower and Larry Hightower, all of Orlando, FL. 13 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren 9 great-great- grandchildren and a host of sorrowing relatives and friends.
