Mr. Arthur Edwin Harthman, Sr., a native of St. Thomas, USVI, was born on May 4, 1932.  His parents were Rhoda Johanna Smith and Sammy Louis Emanuel Harthman.  He owned and managed a real estate company.  He passed in Oviedo, FL and will be celebrated and disposed in his native land, St. Thomas, USVI.
