Mr. Cecil Brown was born in Albany, Georgia on October 5, 1963 to Azaline Brown and Irving Peck.  The family relocated to Sanford, FL where he attended Seminole High, Jones High in Orlando, and graduated from the Job Corp in 1982 with a specialty in Culinary Arts. During his life time he was employed as a chef for several restaurants in both Seminole and Orange County.  He also owned and operated PC's Chicken Plug specializing in many delicious ways to prepare chicken and his famous BBQ sauce.  Cecil also loved music.  He played bass guitar and worked in several nightclubs as a Security Officer.  Mr. Brown attended Grace Apostolic Temple in Sanford.

Final arrangements have been entrusted to Gail & Wynn's Mortuary, 1300 Bruton Blvd, Orlando, 32805.  A service will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, 11am, Westview Baptist Church, 4100 H. E. Thomas Jr. Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771. Visitation will be Friday, September 19, 2025, 5-7pm at Grace Apostolic Temple, 1712 SW Road, Sanford, FL 32771.
