Mr. Charles Simms was born on July 3, 1935 In Cat Island, Bahamas.  His parents were Charles and Vero Devaux Simms.  Mr. Simms was employed by the Streets and Drains Department, City of Orlando.  At the time of his departure, he was residing in Jacksonville, FL with his children.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 @ 11am at Washington Park Cemetery, 2600 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32805.  Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, 4-6pm at Gail and Wynn's Mortuary, 1300 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando, FL  32805.
