Mr. Curtis Dowdell, Sr., 83, was born on July 4, 1942 in Decatur County, Georgia to the late Geneva Horne and Saint Elmo Dowdell.  He was employed for many years with Cintas Uniform Company. He departed this life on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 and is dearly missed by his family and friends.

An Orlando Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, 4-6p, at the Gail & Wynn's Mortuary Chapel, 1300 Bruton Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32805. Another Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, 2-7pm, at Bruton Mortuary, 635 S. Bruton Street, Bainbridge, GA, 39819.  The Homegoing Service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, 3pm, at Second Morning Star MB Church in Attapulgus, GA.
