Mrs. Dorothy Mercer, a widow, was born in Jost Van Dyke, British Virgin Island, on January 15, 1932.  Her late parents were John Baptiste and Caroline George.  After completing high school she was employed in the healthcare industry as a Hospital Cashier.

Mrs. Mercer passed on March 14, 2025 in Orlando, FL.  Final arrangements will be entrusted to Turnbull's Mortuary of St. Thomas, UDVI.
