Earlie Quinn aka "Toolie" was born March 13, 1961 in Sanford, Florida to the late Veonis Quinn, Sr. and Eva Belle Quinn. He was the 11 ^th of 14 children.  Earlie graduated from Seminole High school in 1980. After graduation, he went into the United States Army, where he served 4 years. He earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

In 2015, he retired from the Seminole County Public Schools and returned August of 2019 where he was presently employed.  He worked at Aspire Health Care for over ten years.

Earlie met and married his lovely wife, Iris Wilson in 1986 and from that union a son was born, Terence Quinn.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Terry Quinn and Veonis Quinn, Jr.; sisters, Doris Quinn Wilson, Mildred Quinn Coles and Patricia Quinn Wilson.
