Edna Ruth Williams was born on October 11, 1948 in Houston, Texas.  Her mother was Willie M. Dodd Williams.  A beloved member of the Houston community, she was known for her warmth, culinary skills, and her unwavering dedication to family and friends.  She was a cook for the Houston Independent School District, a role she held with pride until her retirement.  Mrs. Williams was also a personal cook for many notable residents in Texas.

Ms. Williams passed in Titusville, FL on Saturday, April 5, 2025.  She leaves behind a legacy of love, delicious meals, her one and only devoted son Dale Williams, and many grandchildren who adored her. Edna's impact on those around her will be felt for generations and her memory will be a warm, comforting presence for all who knew her.
