Mr. Ernest Charles McPherson, known as Coach Mac, was born on November 04, 1946 in Jackson Mississippi.  He was a pillar in the community where he taught and coached for over 40 years with Seminole County Public Schools.  He was a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Sanford and served on the Deacon and Trustee Boards.  He touched many lives and leaves many who will cherish his memory.  Some are:  his wife of 40 years, Kerena; daughters, Danielle, Devetria, and Lizzie; 8 grandchildren; and a host of other family, friends, former students, and colleagues.
