Ferall Williams-Morgan was born on April 7, 1947 in Orlando, FL.  She was adopted by the late Mayo and Fannie Williams.  She was baptized at an early age of 6 by Rev. T.C. Coilier at the Shiloh Baptist Church of Orlando.  Ferall attended the public schools of Orange county, graduating from Jones High School in 1965,  She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from Florida A & M University She was employed in the Orange County School System as an Instructor for 29 years and 2 years with Osceola County Schools.

While employed, Ferall was active in the Orange County Classroom Teacher's Association, she was loved dearly by her co-workers, students and friends.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories:  A son:  Gerald Byron, II Orlando, FL. three grandchildren, Sisters:  Gloria, Orlando, Renell Hill, San Diego, CA, Harriett Johnson, Rhode Island.  Brothers:  Arthur L. (Mattie) Johnson, Orlando, FL, Hezekiah W. Johnson, Orlando, FL, special niece-Karen Wilson, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
