Henrietta Bouey
Simpson
Nov 7, 1943 — Jul 21, 2021
Altamonte Springs
Henrietta Bouey Simpson was born November 7, 1943 to the late Mildred Simmons Bouey and James Arthur Bouey in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She accepted Christ at an early age; was baptized again in November 1995 where she was promoted to the Mother Board and years later decided she wanted to rededicate her life in August 2013 and faithfully served as a Mother, Cook, and choir member of her attending church. After attending Seminole County Public Schools, she worked as an Assembler at Stromberg Carlson in Sanford, Florida and continued her education by entering Wilfred Academy of Hair and Beauty Culture in June 1980, where she obtained her Hairdressing and Cosmetology Certification in Orlando, Florida. She was well-known to most as "Ms. Hen" and "Nana" while she wholeheartedly nurtured everyone she came into contact with, shared her cooking recipes and techniques, made homemade get well remedies, and gave craft and dance lessons, among other talents she was anointed with; which earned her a special place in the hearts of all mankind.
