Hubert, affectionately known as "Cookie and Hue" was born August 3, 1953 in Sanford, FL. to the late Juanita Adams and Lemuel Burch.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a little sister whom he loved so very dearly, Baby Girl Toni.  Hubert attended Catholic School in Rochester, NY.  He later transitioned to James Madison High School in Rochester, NY and enrolled in their professional trade and apprenticeship program.  He worked as a professional industrial and auto body painter for thirty plus years.  He later became a certified CDL Driver.

Hue dedicated his life to Christ at an early age and re-dedicated his life to Christ and joined the Anointed Word Family Center in Apopka, FL. He departed this life on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2023 at his home with his loving wife by his side.  He leaves to cherish his memories ~ A dedicated and devoted wife, Gloria Baskerville-Johnson, two daughters, Tamiya (Joseph) Willis, Sanford, FL. and Joy Morrow.  One grandson. Two sisters:  Patricia (Richard) Lamar and Joy Turner.  Three brothers: Ronald Johnson, Darryl (Beverly) Thomas and David Sweet.
