Mike was born in Los Angeles, CA to Lucille Bell and the late Lucius Bell.  He was educated in the Los Angeles County School system.  Mike found Christ at an early age attending Solid Rock MB Church, Los Angeles, CA.  In the early nineties, Mike moved to Chattahoochee, FL, his family's original home.  Working as a line cook for many years Mike later became a well self-taught Sau Chef.  Mike was a kind and giving spirit, always had a hello and good day to you, Mike will truly be missed by his friends and family
