Otis Cecil Smith, Jr. 70 Orlando, FL peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 3, 2022. He graduated from Jones High School and later attended Vocational School to become an Electrician. Otis was a friend to all and loved by everyone who knew him. Family and Friends will miss him dearly.
