Rafaela Sanchez born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on November 9, 1936 to the late Rafael Martell and Francisca Negron. Mrs. Sanchez was a devoted housewife and Mother of eight. She was blessed to be a Grandmother of fourteen and a Great-Grandmother of eighteen. Mrs. Sanchez loved Jehovah, her family, puzzles, word-search, and cross stitching. She was called home on April 13, 2026.

Rafaela will be deeply missed by her loving children, family, and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Gail and Wynn's Mortuary.
