Mr. Sam, aka Newson, Bodiford was born on February 19, 1934 in Baker County, Georgia.  His parents were Frank Bodiford and Sarah Walton.  He was employed as a Construction Laborer.

Mr. Bodiford passed on November 25, 2024 in Winter Park, FL.  A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 03, 2024 from 4-6pm in the Gail and Wynn's Chapel.  Mr. Bodiford will be funeralized at 11am Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the Piney Grove Baptist Church, Baker County, Arlington, GA. under the directions of Wakefield Mortuary
