Samuel was born May 3, 1945 to the late Miley Manning and William Wilson in Adel, GA.  He attended the public schools of Seminole County and was a 1963 graduate of Crooms High School.  In 1989 he married his Queen Roseanner.  Samuel enjoyed family gathering, cooking, fishing and especially golfing.

He was employed at Heathrow Country Club from 1997 to 2005.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Miley Manning, his father William Wilson, his Brother, Rickey Wilson and Sisters: Faye Wilson and Dannett Byrd.

Left to cherish his loving memories is his wife, Roseanner, Children: Crystalynn, Renee, Nicole, ShaKima, Samorrie, Dr. Isrea. Siblings: Robin, Emma, Patricia, Rose Marie, Jaime.
