Ms. Shirley Ann Quinn was born in Sanford Florida on March 21st, 1956 to Veonis Quinn Sr. and Eva Belle Quinn. Shirley earned a degree in Fashion Design from The Design Art Academy of Central Florida and worked as a lead coordinator at On Trac before her passing. She passed on June 27th, 2024 at the age of 68 years old. She was preceded in death by her son, Keith Walker.  Left to cherish her loving memory are her children:  Sherard Sheppard, Henry Sheppard, DeAntwan Sheppard and Derrion White.  13 grandchildren. Siblings:  Claretha Quinn-McQueen, Larry Quinn, Veola Purnell, Robert Quinn, Craig Quinn and Jeffery Quinn.
