Virgil Jean Stokes, born on June 13, 1949, in Sanford, Florida, passed away on June 7, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of the late Virgil Blair and Juanita Lewis. Virgil dedicated her career to the Seminole County Public Schools and had a passion for sports, particularly bowling and tennis. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends.

A viewing will be held on June 19, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at New Bethel A.M.E Church, located at 311 Marker Street, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. Her homegoing service will take place on June 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the same location.
