William died at the age of 68 on Sunday, August 30, 2020 in Orlando, Florida. He was born April 23, 1952 in Sanford, Florida to the late Herman Lowery, Sr. and Eula Mae Davis Lowery and he was rear by his Aunt/Mother (Mary Lowery Williams). He enjoyed his childhood in the Midway and Sanford Community where he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal saviour at Historic Saint James A.M.E. Church of Sanford, FL during his entire early and late adulthood years. He served faithfully as an Usher and as well as involved with the Culinary Ministry.

William was educated in the Seminole County Public School System, after which he entered into the Job Corp. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Hubbard Construction for nearly 20 years and in his latter years volunteering for a local food bank. William was an avid fisherman and was a founding member of the Bo-Key Riders of Sanford, Florida.

Lowery, Jr, Milton People all of Sanford, and William Henry "Jerk" (Bridget), Deltona FL;  brothers: James H. Lowery, Sr., Herbert (Pamela) Lowery, Reginald B. (Melessa) Lowery, Tyrone E. (Sarlean) Lowery, Sr., Clifford A. (Carroll) Lowery, Leon (Pamela) Lowery all of FL; sisters: Jeanette Lowery Plummer (Albert, Jr.) of, NY & Wanda Lowery of PA; Faithful and supportive friend: Pamela Byrd; A host of grandchildren and great grandchildren;
